Returns and exchanges

Please notify us prior to shipping back any products. We will provide you with return instructions and procedures. Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item(s). Once given the return instructions, item(s) should be received by us within 14 days.

Customer is responsible for the packaging and insuring the return of the item(s) in its original form.
All returns will be refunded minus the initial shipping charges paid at the date of purchase unless the wrong item was shipped to the customer.
For any exchanges concerning size, color or model, the customer will be contacted after we have received the return package. A replacement will then be sent based on your requirements.
